Description
Utranazz Electronic Weighbatching equipment enables the contents of a mixer drum to be weighed extremely accurately. 4 electronic sensors are positioned at 4 points on a drum chassis. Each sensor is linked to the display via a junction box. Weight is registered in increments of 10kgs and when the desired quantity is loaded into the drum, a button is pressed to return the reading to zero. This rules out operator errors, which can occur when using other standard methods. Also incorporated into the electronic circuit is a ‘tare weight’ memory register. This allows metered quantities of concrete to be discharged and checked.

Utranazz Electronic Weighbatching equipment can be supplied with a printer and can also incorporate a down-load system capable of interface with any PC or laptop computer allowing the weighed materials to be memorised and downloaded onto hard copy.
