The Utranazz range of Sermac Concrete Pumps are world-renowned for their functionality and reliability. These pumps are available in a wide range of sizes with boom lengths ranging from 21- 66 metres and concrete outputs of up to 185m3/hour at pressures of up to 80 bars. Utranazz Concrete Pumps have either a 3, 4 or 5 section placing boom with the option of ‘z’ fold, ‘roll’ fold or ‘multi-z’ fold opening, making them easy to manoeuvre and suited to all types of concrete placing work, even where space is restricted. We can even supply a telescopic boom that can reach the most isolated spaces. Every pumping unit is manufactured from high-quality, wear-resistant materials to ensure a long working life and minimal operating costs.
Technical Information
Utranazz Truck Mounted Concrete Pumps utilise an innovative ‘S’ valve, which guarantees excellent outputs under hard working conditions. Each unit is fitted with hydraulically operated stabilizer feet to ensure quick and safe placement of the pump at all types of job sites. Utranazz Concrete Pumps also use many unique patented systems, such as: sealed for life pins and a unique pumping system that eliminates the use of traditional wear plates and bushes. Utranazz offers the option of PTO (power take-off) or auxiliary engines with various makes such as Deutz, Perkins or Iveco and the pumps can be fitted to any cab/chassis with the correct specifications.
