Contact us now for more information, prices or to view >> The Mobile 60 concrete batching plant has 4 aggregate bins and is capable of producing 35m3 – 130m3 of wet concrete per hour. Each unit has a specially designed conveyor belt to lift the raw materials. This belt folds away into the first aggregate bin to minimise the height of the plant during transportation. Every plant comes fitted with load cells and a digital display with printer to enable constant control of raw materials. The entire plant can be controlled via a laptop computer with printer.  Each unit is fitted with two separate conveyor belts to enable faster batching. One belt is used to weigh the aggregates whilst the other belt simultaneously feeds the single-shaft mixer. This allows for precise measurement of raw materials and continual loading even whilst batching. All components can be managed via three different operating systems:  Desktop computer,  Manual control panel,  Android app.  It uses the ProkserNET software system, which enables the user to monitor and control all aspects of the plant, including creating and storing formulas, batching reports and delivery notes. The software can even be integrated with accounting programs to enable auto-invoicing.
