Plus, it’s highly efficient, flowing concrete at a rate of 15 to 120 m³ per hour.  That’s a great performance when compared with static concrete pumps with stationary booms of the same size.  One of the main benefits of choosing a trailer-mounted pump is the minimal set-up time required. In most cases, the operator can simply drive on to the site and begin to prepare the pump – quite literally it can be operational within minutes. The trailer mounted concrete pump is particularly easy to operate using a remote control with user-friendly joysticks. When the task is complete, the boom can simply be cleaned and folded back onto the trailer and driven off the site.  Again, this process takes just minutes. The hopper is made of anti-wear steel. It has a grate and is equipped with electric vibrator. The large capacity of the hopper and the agitator couple to facilitate difficult work with low slump concrete. The mix between agitator and hopper avoids any stagnation of concrete to ensure maximum efficiency of pumping and it easier to clean.
