Utranazz Announces It Has Been Awarded Sole Dealership Of Silla Products In the UK & Ireland

And launches the Silla BIR750/ID Reversible Drum Concrete Mixer at The UK Concrete Show, stand F14 Utranazz, the Concrete Equipment Specialist, is using The UK Concrete Show 2014 to announce that it has been appointed exclusive dealership of the Silla range of reversible drum concrete mixers in the UK & Ireland. Utranazz will be launching one of its new products from the Silla range on stand F14 – the Silla BIR750/ID reversible drum mixer. The Silla BIR750/ID is a small mobile concrete mixer able to produce outputs of 8m3 of wet concrete per hour in 1/2m3 batches. It is a totally self-contained unit with its own water tank and wash-down system, dragline loading assembly, hydraulically operated loading bucket and electronic weighbatching equipment. Supplied on either a 2 wheel or 4 wheel towing trailer, it can easily be moved from job-site to job-site and is ideally suited to any application where small amounts of ready mixed concrete are required. T3 Batching Plant Utranazz’s T3 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant allows a concrete production facility to be set up in any location, no matter how remote. The compact and easy-to-use design of the plant ensures it can be up and working within just an hour of arrival on site. The T3 is fully transportable and fully automated, has its own hydraulic off-loading legs and is capable of producing outputs of 35m3 per hour. It can hold up to three different types of materials at any one time, allowing for a greater variety of concrete mixes to be produced. The structure consists of 3 bins, each with a storage capacity of up to 7.5m3 and a specially designed aggregate conveyor belt that lifts raw materials up to a height of 4 meters. Four off-loading legs enable the T3 to be loaded and unloaded from a truck without the use of a crane. During transportation the legs retract into the frame of the machine and during off-loading they open out into a width that allows the truck to drive away or move back underneath. Custom made, the plant is fitted with load cells and a digital display with printer to enable constant control of raw materials.   Starter SCH60C Trailer Mounted Concrete Pump The Starter SCH60C can pump concrete at a maximum rate of 60m3 per hour at a distance of up to 360 meters and heights of up to 160 meters. It is one of the only trailer pumps in the UK to be equipped with its own high pressure wash-down system with on-board water tank. Operation is via a radio remote control and four hydraulic stabilizers are fitted to ensure safe placement and use. The Starter SCH60 is mounted on a single-axle trailer making it easy to tow on-site.
