Utranazz offers the UK’s most advanced Mobile Volumetric Batching Plant the Kimera K55, which is fitted with a unique weighing system that uses load cells to monitor and control the exact quantity of materials used to enable precise quality and quantity of concrete. The Kimera K55 combines all the features of a traditional volumetric mixer with very latest in concrete technology. The result is the production of very accurate high-quality concrete, which can enable the user to easily achieve QSRMC accreditation.

9m3 capacity 55m/hour volumetric mobile mixer fitted with 18,000kgs capacity split aggregate hopper, 4,200kg cement capacity, 3,200liter water capacity. Power supplied via 3-cylinder water cooled 35hp diesel silent pack auxiliary engine.
Operations are controlled via a central LCD display that can define recipes, check the equipment status, working hours, compositions, remaining quantities and initiate the automatic auger wash. Recipes are also memorised for future productions. Records of all materials batched can be saved onto a USB memory stick and then downloaded onto a PC or printed off using the on-board printer. A radio remote control is also fitted to enable the start/stop of production, adjust water quantity and production speeds, raise or lower the second auger, start/stop the automatic and manual wash cycles.
The K55 features a conveyor belt equipped with a load cell weighing system, cement silo fitted with four load cells, overload protection and variable speed extracting auger with inspection ladder and rails. Eight 400 liter water tanks totaling 3,200 liters capacity, CAN-Bus central control unit, 7” user-friendly LCD display, multifunctional radio remote control, horizontal continuous mixing auger discharging onto a 270° slewing, mixing and placing auger able to rotate horizontally and adjust vertically. The aggregate bin discharge doors are controlled by an automated electronic system (which enables extremely accurate aggregate ratio setting), 2 x liquid additive 25 liter polyurethane tanks with electric pumps for precise dosage, 2 x 1 meter mechanical extension chutes, automatic fold-over tarpaulin cover, automatic discharge system for cement trapdoor, automatic wash cycle together with wired printer for printing customer receipts and stock balances.
