Second Hand Concrete Batching Plant
We offer all concrete equipment either used, fully-reconditioned and repainted to customer specifications or in an off-site condition. The majority of used concrete equipment is from our own hire fleet and has a known service history. Equipment is usually no more than 3 years old and is kept in immaculate condition. All second-hand or used concrete machinery comes with a full 12 months warranty subject to a full rebuild.

Hymix Volumetric Concrete Mixer / Batching Plant
Utranazz stock this model volumetric batch plant in either new or used condition.
Features Include:
- 9-12m3 capacity.
- 50m3/hour maximum output.
- Fitted with 18,000 kg capacity split bin aggregate hopper (8000 kg sand and 10,000 kg stone).
- 4,000kgs capacity cement bin fitted with 4 aerators, double viewing windows and 2 vibrators.
- Cement, water and admixes are all measured electronically via a fully pre-programmable computerized control panel, which includes all necessary control switches, warning lights, level indicators, speed adjusters and remote control via a wandering lead.
- Aggregates are measured via manually operated gates giving control throughout the mix.
- 2000 litre capacity lagged water tank with 150psi water tank and wash-down system, volume control and litre counter.
- 3 x 80 litre polyurethane admixture tanks with volume and litre control.
- Variable speed extra-wide supply conveyor belt feeding into a 225mm diameter by 4 metre long variable speed mixing/180 degree slewing discharge auger fitted with hydraulically operated discharge chute with 3 x 1 metre clip-on chutes.
- 600 litre capacity hydraulic oil tank.
- Aggregate bins fitted with double vibrators on each bin.
- Complete unit is powered by Deutz model F3L diesel auxiliary engine with separate diesel tank.
- Fitted with its own sub-chassis.
- Can be used as a fully independent wet-batch concrete batching plant or can be mounted to a suitable cab/chassis or trailer unit, making it a fully mobile volumetric mixer.

Single Bin Dry Batch Batching Plant
This concrete batching plant model is ideal as a 'start-up' plant
Features Include:
- Twenty ton capacity
- Approximate output of 30m3/ hour.
- Complete with 9 metre long covered discharge belt, which is hydrauliaclly driven.
- Powered via separate auxiliary engine complete with hydraulic oil tank, diesel fuel tank and full control panel and discharge hopper.
