Utranazz offers an unrivalled after-sales spare parts and back-up customer support service for all new or used concrete equipment supplied.

Our customer support includes the following services:

  • Next-day spare parts delivery nationwide and worldwide using our special partnership with TNT and DHL
  • 24 hour talk-you-through helpline
  • 7 days-a-week general parts and maintenance department
  • Mobile engineers on 24-hour call-out

In the event of a possible break-down, every hour that concrete equipment is down can cost money. Utranazz’s spare parts department has partnered with nation-wide delivery couriers to enable delivery of spare parts to you by the next day, minimising any downtime. For UK customers we can offer time-specific services of 9am, 10am or 12 noon, or by special arrangement we can offer a same-day service. For overseas customers we can offer a next-day or 48 hour delivery service, dependent on location.

We also have our own team of highly experienced and qualified mobile engineers that attend services and breakdowns all over the UK, and overseas as well if required. All of our mobile engineers are CSCS registered.
