HYDROMIX 12M3 CONCRETE AGITATOR
A Concrtete Remixer / Agitator is a holding drum that enables any amount of wet concrete to be discharged as and when it is required – the Remixer keeps the concrete agitated so that it doesn’t set. These are ideally suited for use in conjuncton with piling rigs and are available in 2 – 12 cubic metre capacities.
Utranazz Agitators utilise a 4-cylinder water-cooled auxiliary engine that powers the mixing drum. They come complete with their own water system, diesel supply, diverter valve, hydraulic oil and water tank and are supplied mounted onto a 7” sub-chassis with lifting eyes. Each Agitator comes with the necessary protection canopy and safety rails.

Concrete Agitators are available in diesel and electric versions, so you can choose the option best suited to your site. Q. DO THEY INCLUDE A DIVERTER VALVE/RAMP?
Yes, Concrete Agitators are supplied with a diverter valve and ramp/wedge. This feature allows more concrete to be carried in the drum on site by angling the drum appropriately. It helps maximise load efficiency and supports smoother discharge and operation in practical site conditions.
Q. ARE THEY STAGE V?
Yes, our Concrete Agitators are available with Stage V engines. This means they meet the latest emissions standards for non-road mobile machinery. Q. WHAT ENGINE DO CONCRETE AGITATORS HAVE?
Concrete Agitators are fitted with a Deutz engine as standard. However, you can also specify an alternative engine if required, depending on operational preferences, site standards, or fleet requirements.
