HYDROMIX / SAMI
At Utranazz, we offer a comprehensive selection of cement silos designed to store and dispense various powder materials such as cement, lime, filler, fly ash, and sand. Our product range includes both static vertical silos and horizontal mobile silos, providing flexibility to meet your specific requirements.
For those seeking mobile solutions, our SPF range of low-level cement silos is an excellent choice:
Utranazz's Sami horizontal cement silos were the first of their kind, revolutionising the concept of low-level silos. Since their inception, they have established themselves as the industry standard, gaining significant popularity due to their quick and hassle-free installation process. First, the silo is transported on a flatbed lorry, and then the four off-loading legs extend to support the silo. Once raised from the truck, the vehicle can be driven away, eliminating the need for cranes or costly lifting equipment.
To enhance the functionality of our horizontal cement silos, we offer a range of optional accessories to suit your specific needs. These include electronic weighbatching equipment, radio remote control, and a water system with onboard tanks. Our cement silos are manufactured to meet full EU specifications and adhere to the latest safety regulations. They are equipped with high and low-level indicators, pressure relief valves, filtration units, safety ladders, rails, and feed-pinch valves.
Our horizontal mobile cement silos are an ideal complement to any concrete batching setup. They provide seamless integration and ensure efficient storage and distribution of cement and other powder materials.

Q. DO YOU NEED PLANNING PERMISSION FOR LOW-LEVEL CEMENT SILOS?
No, planning permission is not required for low-level cement silos because they are fully mobile. They are designed to be delivered, positioned, and removed without permanent foundations or fixed groundworks. As they are not permanently fixed to land, they are typically classified as temporary or movable equipment.
Q. WHAT ARE THE POWER REQUIREMENTS FOR LOW-LEVEL CEMENT SILOS?
Low-level cement silos require a 3-phase, 32-amp power supply to operate effectively. This powers essential components, including the screw conveyor, level indicators, control panel, and filtration system.
Q. WHAT ARE THE GROUND FLOOR REQUIREMENTS FOR LOW-LEVEL CEMENT SILOS?
Low-level cement silos must be positioned on a suitable concrete slab or hardstanding that can safely support their weight when fully loaded. A ground engineer should carry out a site survey to assess ground conditions and confirm the slab specification, including thickness, load-bearing capacity, and reinforcement.
Q. ARE WATER TANKS INCLUDED WITH LOW-LEVEL CEMENT SILOS?
Water tanks are only included as standard on full-specification low-level cement silo models. For other models, water tanks can be supplied on request. Depending on site requirements and available space, we can provide an integrated water tank or a separate, standalone water tank.
Q. WHAT IS THE RIGHT AUGER LENGTH FOR LOW-LEVEL CEMENT SILOS?
Low-level cement silos are supplied with a standard auger length of 6,500 mm, suitable for most typical site layouts and discharge requirements. If your site has specific space constraints, height restrictions, or unique equipment layouts, we can supply custom auger lengths.
Q. DO ALL LOW-LEVEL CEMENT SILOS HAVE A REMOTE?
No, a remote control is not included as standard on all low-level cement silos. It is supplied as standard only with the 32/DE-B silo model. For other low-level silo models, a remote control can be supplied as an optional extra.
