HYDROMIX WEIGH HOPPERS & BAG BREAKERS
Utranazz Weigh Hoppers are designed to weigh bulk cement powder. They're normally used in conjunction with an upright cement Silo that doesn’t have its own weighing system. Utranazz Weigh Hoppers come in 2-5 ton capacities and are perfect for use by ready-mix operations that require accurate measurements of cement powder. Our Weigh Hoppers can be fully automated, which enables the user to program how much cement powder is required on each dose, or can be manually configured.
Utranazz Weigh Hoppers can be supplied in the following specifications:
1. Direct feed Weigh Hopper with a capacity of 1,000 - 1,500 kgs with discharge auger (length to suit customer requirements) and independent control panel.
2. Independent free standing Weigh Hopper with a capacity of 2,000 - 2,500 kgs with discharge auger (length to suit customer requirements) mounted on independent weighing and support frame together with full control panel.
