New IMER ORUSELF 500 self-service Concrete and Screed Batching Plant (2025)

Autonomous self-service drive-thru batching plant for the production of dry and semi-dry concrete and screed. Featuring an advanced self-service kiosk, the simple, intuitive interface allows the configuration of recipes by the operator and simple selection and purchase by the user. As standard, the plant comes fully galvanised, complete with 2 x admixture pumps, 1,000 litre hot galvanised water tank with 2 x pumps, 2 x 3.5m3 aggregate/sand bins split into 4 x 1.75m3 bins, extracting via 4 x independent conveyor belts to an ORU MS 750/500 litre planetary mixer with a maximum output of 15m3 per hour. Mixer comes complete with hardox 400 base and S355JO inner linings plus cast iron mixing paddles. Discharge can be optimised via conveyor belt for the loading of either truck mixers, or trailers. Fully pre-wired with visual traffic light management, the plug and play systems allows for efficient operation and commissioning with minimal intervention on site. Detailed quotation on request and silo quoted separately. With 12-months manufacturer warranty.
