On-site batching plant suitable for concrete, screed, mortar and cold asphalt. 10-15m3/hour maximum output. Complete with 8.9m3 capacity aggregate storage bin with central divider. 2,200kg capacity cement bin, 1,350 litre capacity water tanks, wash-down system, 2 x 30 litre admixture tank, hydraulic oil tank and cooler, two independent conveyor belts (one for each side of bin) feeding onto two independent weighing belts complete with load cell technology, mixing via two continuous horizontal augers, the second discharge auger capable of 170 degree slewing and 20° inclination, 2x1 metre extension chutes. Sand and cement bins are fitted with external air-operated vibrators and aggregate with manual roll-over sheet. Controlled via 7” colour LCD display and remote control with printer for batch records with USB and ticket printer. Complete unit powered via Yanmar 42kw (Tier IV Final/Stage 5) and mounted to hook-lift subframe.
