Approximately 12m3/hour maximum output. Complete with 5.3m3 capacity aggregate storage bin with central divider – 2.6 and 2.7m3 respectively, 1,500kg capacity cement bin mounted on 3 shear beam load cells, two 450 litre (900 litres total) capacity water tanks, wash-down system, single 30 litre admixture tank, 200 litre hydraulic oil tank and cooler, two independent conveyor belts (one for each side of bin) feeding into 650 litre single shaft mixer with 0.4m3 wet concrete output, all mounted on 4 shear beam load cells, 2x1 metre extension chutes, foldable ladder for inspection. Sand and cement bins are fitted with external vibrators. Controlled via 12” colour LCD display with printer for batch records. Complete unit powered via Kohler 3-cylinder 37kW diesel engine.
