Plant Engineer/Fitter

Plant Engineer/Fitter

 Servicing, repairing and maintaining construction, plant and commercial equipment. Must have knowledge and experience of 12/24v electric systems, maintaining, servicing and repairing general hydraulic systems and diesel engines.

Experience in the construction or concrete industry preferred but not essential. Experience of electronic systems a plus.

Workshop based however will also be required to attend customer sites, therefore a full clean UK drivers licence required. Must be a team player but also able to work alone with own initiative.

 

Workshop hours: 0730 to 1630 Monday to Friday.

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience. Overtime at time and a half.

Final package negotiable with option to take a company van with business fuel for small salary sacrifice.

20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.

Mobile Plant Engineer / Fitter

Based out of our Buckingham depot this is a mobile role to attend customer sites for service, repair and commissioning works, therefore a full/clean UK drivers licence required. Must be a team player, be able to work alone with own initiative and have excellent customer interaction skills. 

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience. 

Final package negotiable with option to take a company van with business fuel for small salary sacrifice.

LABOURER / YARD WORKER

General labourer required for immediate start. A varied role with opportunities to further skill set, manual labour both in our workshops and yard. Full PPE provided. Must be a team player but also able to work alone with own initiative. Local applicants preferred. Salary negotiable.  Overtime possible.  

Hours: 07:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Demonstration Engineer

Demonstration Engineer required for a customer facing role. Responsible for demonstrations and training, the role would suit an Ex-Operator or Engineer of Concrete Equipment, in particular Concrete Pumps or Volumetric Mixers. As a minimum the applicant should be familiar with the operation and maintenance of HGV and/or Plant Equipment. Based from our Buckingham HQ the role requires travel across the UK to prospective and current customer sites on a weekly basis. The ability to manage own appointments and workload a must. HGV Class 2 required.

Company pension scheme. Attractive package for the right applicant. Monday – Friday 0730 – 1630, additional hours may be required.

Warehouse Operative

Utranazz, the concrete equipment specialist, is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative based at our site in Buckingham.

Main Duties:

Check all incoming goods against delivery note
Put stock away in the correct location in stores
Ensure adequate levels of stock of all main spare parts
Ensure stores is kept neat, tidy and organised
Packing consignments ready for dispatch
Organise dispatch of goods via courier
Keep accurate record of any spare parts leaving the site
Assist with loading and unloading of spare parts
Liaising with the Spare Parts Department and Engineers to provide excellent customer service with regards to any customer queries
Serving customers promptly and efficiently
Keep spare parts manuals and operator manuals neat and tidy
Operating forklift

Skills Required:

Must have experience of working in a similar role in a related industry; construction equipment, trucks, cars, heavy plant, agricultural equipment
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team
Forklift / crane license desirable but not essential
Have sufficient strength and agility to perform lifting and manual handling
Computer literacy in Microsoft office packages: Outlook, Word etc
Experience of Sage 50 desirable but not essential
Be organised and able to use own initiative
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm.
