UTRANAZZ LAUNCHES NEW SAMI CLEAN-OPERATION CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT AT THE UK CONCRETE SHOW - STAND 24

Utranazz, Concrete Equipment Specialists, will launch the new Sami clean-operation concrete batching plant at the UK Concrete Show – Stand 24. The T3-100S is an enhanced version of the hugely popular Sami T3-100 plant. Unlike its predecessor, which uses a cleated conveyor belt prone to spillage, the T3-100S incorporates either a state-of-the-art chevron or smooth conveyor belt system designed to minimize wastage and mess. With a maximum output of 40-50m3/hour, the new plant is expected to surpass its predecessor in popularity. 

The T3-100S semi-mobile plant features a sophisticated system of smooth conveyor belts to transport the aggregates, ensuring minimal spillage or wastage. Firstly, the aggregates are discharged via three smooth-type conveyor belts onto a galvanised conveyor equipped with a smooth belt. From there, the aggregates move onto a final inclined galvanised conveyor with smooth-belt, complete with a protective cover and a manual tipping system. 

The plant is a plug-and-play unit designed for rapid installation within 24 hours of arrival on-site. It incorporates a down-weighing 6 load cell weighing system with programmable memory and digital readout, along with a comprehensive control panel for seamless operation.
